Our policies
Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
- Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged as shown at checkout.
- Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch email. Until then we can cancel and refund, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown wrongly.
- You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we extend that to 30 days under our returns policy below.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Returns and refunds
- Return anything unworn, with tags attached, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Email hello@warmish.co.uk with your order number and we send a returns label. Return postage is deducted from the refund unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return arriving with us.
- For hygiene reasons socks can only be returned unopened.
Delivery
- UK only. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day.
- Standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually 2 to 4 working days. Free on orders over £40, otherwise £3.95.
- If a parcel goes missing, tell us and we will replace or refund it.
Privacy policy
We collect your name, email, delivery address and order history so we can fulfil your order, send delivery updates and handle returns. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
- We share your address with Royal Mail to deliver your parcel and your order with our payment provider to take payment. We do not sell your data.
- We keep order records for 6 years for tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.
- We only send marketing emails if you tick the box at checkout, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you by emailing hello@warmish.co.uk.
